I find it very interesting and encouraging to see stories such as this (PJM’s storage pilots). It is reflective of the fact that the conversation about renewables has changed over the past few years. The question used to be whether they could even in theory be valid sources of electricity at all. Now the questions are about specific practical solutions that make will them more responsive to (electricity) market needs.
